3D Color Lacquer is an easy and exciting way to enhance and beautify any image - stamped greeting cards, scrapbook pages, gift tags, even blank paper! It gives new possibilities in rubber stamping, scrapbooking, & decoupage, as well as other crafts. The special water-based lacquer is applied to any image, using the bottle and applicator tip, and allowed to dry for 20-30 minutes. A transparent raised (3D) coating results and it is then possible to add additional layers as required, until a truly three dimensional finish is achieved! Simple, yet beautiful!
