All analyses were performed based on the intention-to-treat principle, irrespective of process compliance, but five individuals in the intermediate-dosage group and four in the high-dosage group were excluded as ineligible . Cox regression analysis was used to investigate the effects of treatment group and covariates on event-free survival and general survival. These analyses were performed with and without adjustment for covariates. The feasible heterogeneity of the treatment effects in subgroups was explored post hoc by estimation of the hazard ratios for survival end factors for each subgroup, as well as 95 percent self-confidence intervals and assessments for interaction.‘The average petition travel has six months to assemble signatures and spends about $1.5 million,’ [NFIB Condition Director Charlie] Owens added. ‘We had about 11 weeks and spent about 2 % of this quantity and we still managed to obtain a record amount of signatures’ .
